Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

AI Didact Pro provides custom AI automation solutions, workflow systems, software setup, and digital services. Because these services require planning, time, and custom development, all payments are final and non-refundable unless stated otherwise in a written agreement.

2. One-Time Build Fees (Setup Fees)

* Setup and build fees cover custom development work that begins immediately when payment is received.

* Setup fees are non-refundable once work has started, regardless of project completion status.

* If a client chooses to cancel after work has begun, they remain responsible for all hours or work completed up to the cancellation date.

3. Monthly Subscription & Automation Hosting Fees

* Monthly recurring charges cover software access, system hosting, and ongoing support.

* Monthly subscriptions renew automatically.

* Cancellation must be made in writing at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.

* Past charges are non-refundable, even if the system was not used by the client.

4. Custom Development, Consulting, and Training

Payments for consulting, custom integrations, workflow development, and team training are non-refundable once sessions are scheduled or completed.

5. SMS, Email, and Carrier Fees

* Clients are responsible for fees related to SMS, carrier registration (A2P 10DLC), email deliverability, or legal violations such as spam complaints.

* These fees are not refundable and may be charged directly by carriers or software providers.

6. Project Completion Timeline

AI Didact Pro makes every reasonable effort to meet agreed project timelines. Delays caused by the client (such as lack of content, domain access, payment delays, or missing approvals) do not qualify for a refund.

7. Service Suspension

Services may be paused or suspended for:

* Missed payments

* A2P or compliance violations

* Illegal or abusive use of communication systems

Suspension of service does not qualify for a refund.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee (Optional Clause)

If included in the signed agreement, AI Didact Pro may offer performance adjustments or revisions. This does not imply eligibility for refunds.
